You are entitled to cancel your order any time before we generate a shipping label, at which time your order will be immediately shipped. We strive to ship your order within 2-24 hours.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• All our products are lab consumables and as such they are non refundable. To ensure quality control they are not eligible for return.
